The Dog Sledding Experience
Guests are invited to experience the thrill of a lifetime, running through pure white snowy fields with their own dog team. It is described as an experience of pure, exhilarating joy.
The guides operate on a simple, heartfelt principle: “We respect the doggies’ desire to run!” They believe the dogs’ joy of running is equal to the joy of living, creating a vital and happy atmosphere that all participants feel firsthand.
Becoming a Musher
The experience puts participants at the reins:
Solo Ride: Each dog sled is designed for a one-person ride. Guests take turns serving as the musher on the 7km course.
Designed for Stability: The operation uses original sleds that were painstakingly created for stability and ease of use. The design makes the activity accessible for first-timers, who are welcomed and can easily command their own dog team—the facility notes that if a guest can ride a bicycle, they can master the sled.
Observing the Race
For guests not currently mushing, a different adventure awaits. They ride in a sled pulled by a snowmobile, which provides an excellent vantage point. From this position, they can watch the dog teams racing through the silent, beautiful scenery and share in the enjoyment with the dogs who love to run.
