Reservation/Before Booking

  • Q
    After submitting the reception form, will my application/reservation be confirmed immediately?
    A.

    This depends on the tour. Many of our tours are on a request basis, so we will confirm with the relevant operator before confirming your reservation.

    I can't select the dates I want on the calendar.
    A.

    You may not be able to select the option because it is already full, there is no scheduled event, the reservations have not yet opened, or the online registration date has passed. Please consider a different date or program, or contact us via the inquiry form.

    What is the process after submitting the reservation or booking request?
    A.

    An automatic reply email will be sent to the email address you entered when your booking request was submitted. The organizer of the relevant program will then contact you via email or by phone regarding whether or not your reservation was confirmed and with additional details. Depending on the program, it may take several days for us to contact you.

    I submitted the form, but did not receive an automatic reply email.
    A.

    There may be some instances where you do not receive an automatic reply email. This could be because of your email service, security settings, domain specification settings, or incorrect email address input when filling out the reception form. Please check the following:

    - Is the email address you entered correct?
    - Is it sorted into your spam folder?
    - If you are using a mobile phone email address, is it set to allow you to receive emails from your computer?

    If the email address you entered is incorrect, please let us know the correct email address using the inquiry form.

    I have not received any contact from the guide company.

    If you do not hear from the event organizer within two business days after submitting the application form, please contact us using the contact information provided in the automatic reply email. If you did not receive an automatic reply email, please see the above: “I submitted the form, but did not receive an automatic reply email."

    I have some additional questions about the program.
    A.

    Please contact us via the inquiry form. Depending on the contents of your question or the date we receive it, it may take us a few business days to respond.

After Booking

  • Q
    I would like to make changes to my reservation.
    A.

    If you wish to change the number of people, the date, time, etc. after making a reservation, please contact the event organizer directly.

  • Q
    I would like to cancel my reservation.
    A.

    Please contact the event operator directly to inform them of your cancellation. Depending on the program and date of cancellation, cancellation fees may apply.

    I can’t make it to my reservation on time.

    Please contact the activity provider directly via their provided contact details.

    I can’t find the meeting location.
    A.

    Please contact the activity provider directly via their provided contact details. The address of the meeting place is also on the program page. Please note that some programs have different meeting locations depending on the date.

For Online Reservations

    Find the Experience You Want to Join

    Search by area
    Click on the area where you plan to stay or the sightseeing spot you want to visit to search for experiences offered in that area.
    Search by activity type
    Use the categories to choose the type of experience you would like to join. You can further narrow down your choices using additional features
    Search by dates
    Using the advanced search, choose a date and a list of possible experiences available will be shown to you.

    Select the Experience You Want to Reserve

    Check the time and dates for the experience. Please double check the activity location as well- Hokkaido is very large, so be sure to confirm the travel time, distance, route, and the method to the meeting point.

    Booking

    Please select your desired date from the calendar on the program details page, enter the required information, and submit your request.

    Please read the terms and conditions and fill out the form. After reviewing the contents and clicking the send button, your request will be sent to the local event operator.

    <Note>
    Depending on the activity, at the "request" stage the reservation is not yet complete. Please keep in mind that reservations may not be possible even on days when requests are possible, so please wait for contact from the relevant operator.

    Check Automatic Reply Email

    After making a booking request, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered. Please check that there are no mistakes. If there are questions or additional information is required, we will send you an email from info@allhokkaido.com

    If you did not receive an automatic email:
    This could be because of your email service, security settings, domain specification settings, or incorrect email address input when filling out the reception form. Please check the following:- Is the email address you entered correct?
    - Is it sorted into your spam folder?
    - If you are using a mobile phone email address, is it set to allow you to receive emails from your computer?

    Email From Relevant Operator

    Within 2-3 days of submitting your booking request, you will receive an email from the event organizer regarding your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of an email response confirming the reservation or your reply to the received email.

    Please be sure to check any correspondence you receive, as you may receive an email reply that your reservation has not been completed.

    If you wish to change the number of people, the date, time, etc. after making a reservation, please contact the relevant operator directly.

    If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact the relevant operator directly. Cancellation fees are stipulated for each program and displayed in the "Cancellation/Change" section of each program. Please be sure to check them before making a request. If a cancellation fee is incurred based on the cancellation stipulations, please pay the applicable amount to the relevant operator via their instructions.

    Day of The Experience

    Please arrive at the meeting point designated by the relevant operator on time. For inquiries on the day of, please contact the operator directly.

    After participating, please fill out a review about the program to let us know your thoughts.
