After the lesson, head outside! Trekking in the snowy scenery typical of Hokkaido will make you forget the cold. It's incredibly beautiful!
At Frontier Riding Club, you can enjoy outdoor horse riding all year round. In seasons without snow, we also recommend the "coast course" that runs along the sandy beach!

Enjoy horse riding and snow trekking in Hokkaido’s winter. Beginners can enjoy snow trekking safely with lessons- the sparkling white snow and clear air are the best!
Located on the vast grounds of a former farm, the course has a variety of courses such as swamps, rivers, and natural forests. The guides are the best of the best, and they also train professionals who aim to compete in horse riding competitions and staff who aim to become instructors in the future. From beginners to veterans, you can enjoy with peace of mind.
There are about 30 horses! There are thoroughbreds, Anglo-Arabs, West Harrens, etc.
Whether you are a veteran who wants to enjoy a full-fledged horse riding long trek, you just want to try horse riding, or you are looking for healing and comfort from the rhythm of a horse’s walk, everyone is welcome! Please come and experience the gentleness and closeness of a horse.

- Get off at “Tomen Danchi Entrance”
- Walk for 3 minutes

What to Bring & Wear
- Cold weather gear- warm and easy-to-move-in clothes
- Snowwear tops and bottoms, light down jacket, or similar wear
- Cold weather gloves are a must. Ski or snowboard gloves are also acceptable.
- Waterproof trekking shoes, boots, or snow boots with thick socks.
- Knit hat
- Sunglasses or snow goggles
