Includes transportation within Sapporo city! - Limited to one group per day- a completely private plan with a dedicated guide for the entire trip

From Hassamu-minami Station or Kotoni Station on the Tozai Subway Line, take the JR Bus Nishino-Fukui Line to the last stop “Fukui Entei-mae.” Then walk for ~2 minutes

Pickup from your hotel or other location is possible at any time of the day.
After arriving at the experience location:
- ATV (4-wheel buggy) tour (45 minutes)
- Fragrance making experience (60 minutes)
- Retreat time at a private site (in nature) (180 minutes/you will be alone during this time)
- Genghis Khan BBQ, bonfire experience, tent sauna and drum bath, bird watching, fishing, nap, etc.
After the tour, we will take you back to your hotel.

- Please follow all of the instructions of the tour guide, as there are risks in outdoor tours. Please also understand that the guide cannot be held personally responsible for any accidents caused by the customer’s intentional or negligent acts.
- Please understand that you are responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the tour that occurs outside of negligence by the guide.
- Guests who are pregnant or have been drinking alcohol cannot participate.
- If the tour cannot proceed due to heavy rain, lightning, wind, or blizzard, we will cancel the tour and inform you.
- Those with heart disease, epilepsy, seizures, or asthma, have undergone hernia, lumbar or spinal surgery, or whose conditions may be aggravated by vibration, or any other injuries may participate at their own discretion. The guide holds no responsibility.

We check the safety of the course three times a day and regularly maintain the course, so please rest assured that we pay close attention to safety. In addition, the guide will always lead and guide the customers while keeping an eye on the weather, and is aware of measures such as detouring to the foot of the mountain in the event of sudden bad weather. (We receive real-time information from other guides, so we take measures such as closing the course as necessary.)

There will be practice time on flat ground before heading to the mountain course, so please rest assured that anyone will be able to drive easily.

If you say “I can’t do it anymore” or “I don’t have the stamina,” please do not be shy and let the guide know as it may lead to an accident or injury.

The only things you can bring onto the course are a camera and tissues. In order to preserve the precious nature for future generations, you can only bring the bare minimum.

We strictly prohibit people under the age of 20 from drinking alcohol during meals.
Cancellation / Changes
- A cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled on the day of the event or in case of a no-show
- A cancellation fee of 70% is charged if cancelled the day before the event
- A cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event
- A cancellation fee of 30% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event
