- 9:30: Meet with Sapporo Explorers at under the Sapporo TV tower.
- 10:00-10:45: Go to the first ramen restaurant.
You will eat a bowl of ramen known as a root of Sapporo Ramen at a 70-year-long-established Ramen restaurant, which has been preserving its taste with the same noodle-making machine since its founding. Because the soup and the noodles are limited to keeping their best quality, they always run out around noon every day. The owner secretly told us that the ramen is best right after they open. Come experience the history of Sapporo Ramen. - 10:45-11:30: After eating the first bowl of ramen as root of Sapporo Ramen, you will walk to the second Ramen restaurant. On the way, your guide will explain the change of Sapporo Ramen from the past to the present
- 11:30-12:15: Eat the second bowl of ramen(small size) at a popular restaurant with all-time-long queues.
