Our Terms of Use govern the relationship between you and AH regarding your utilization of the Services. This includes any bookings you make for tours, tickets, attractions, activities, and/or experiences (referred to as "Experiences" in these Terms of Use) advertised on the Website and provided by third-party suppliers or AH (each referred to as a "Product").

When you use or access the Services, make a Booking for a Product ("Book", "Booking"), and/or establish an account on the Website (referred to as a "User Account"), you consent to abide by these Terms of Use without alterations, confirming that you have read and understood them. In all Booking transactions, the individual making the Booking is presumed to have acknowledged these Terms of Use on behalf of all individuals listed in the Booking.

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Use at any time. By continuing to access or use the Services following any such changes, you acknowledge and agree to accept the updated Terms of Use. The date of the last update will be indicated at the top of this page, and the revised Terms of Use will become effective immediately upon posting. You agree not to employ the Services for speculative, false, or fraudulent requests or Bookings, and that you are not acting on behalf of a competitor of AH. We reserve the sole discretion to refuse access to the Services to any individual at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, the violation of these Terms of Use.

When you access or utilize the Website, you may encounter content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise unsuitable. AH does not support such content and cannot guarantee its accuracy. You access and use the Website at your own discretion and risk.

Website Prohibited Activities

All content and information found on the AH website, including but not limited to messages, data, text, music, sound, photos, graphics, video, maps, icons, software, code, or any other materials (collectively referred to as "Website Content"), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such Website Content, is proprietary to AH. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or re-sell any Website Content or any products or services obtained from or through the Website without prior written permission from AH. Any other use of the Website Content, products, and/or services requires prior written permission from AH.

Furthermore, you agree not to engage in, assist with, or enable others to:

1. Use the Website or its Content for commercial or unlawful purposes.
2. Employ any automated or manual means to access, scrape, or use the Website or its Content without our written permission
3. Circumvent measures to limit or prevent access to the Website or violate robot exclusion headers.

We reserve the right to use User Content in different ways, including displaying it on the Website, reformatting, translating, editing for clarity and grammar, incorporating into advertisements or other works, creating derivative works, promoting, and distributing.

By submitting User Content, you grant AH permission to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works, and publicly display and perform such content worldwide in any media, now known or later developed, for any purpose. You also consent to AH's publication, use, modification, deletion, and exploitation of the User Content without objection. You waive any moral rights associated with the User Content.

AH may display advertisements and other information alongside your User Content on the Website, and you are not entitled to compensation for such advertisements. The manner, mode, and extent of advertising may change without prior notice.

You bear sole responsibility for the User Content you submit. You accept all associated risks with such content and affirm that you either own it or possess the required permissions for its use. You are prohibited from suggesting that AH sponsors or endorses the User Content in any manner. Products and Booking Reservations

AH gives you a platform to connect with third-party suppliers for various products. While AH sells some products directly, others are sold by different outside Suppliers. When you book something, your contract is directly with the specified Supplier. AH acts as an agent for outside Suppliers, meaning we facilitate the transaction but aren't responsible for the product itself. Our Terms of Use apply to your use of the Platform. However, the specific terms for the Product you book are set by the Supplier. If you have questions about a Product that aren't answered on the website, it's up to you to reach out to AH before booking. Once you have booked, you are subject to the cancellation policy listed for that Product.

When you make a Booking, you are agreeing to follow the Supplier's rules and any other related policies (the "Supplier Terms"). If there's a conflict between those terms and ours regarding your relationship with AH, our terms take precedence. Your interactions with Suppliers are your responsibility and at your own risk, and AH isn't responsible for any harm or issues that may arise from those interactions.

By making a Booking, you confirm that you have the legal right to enter into agreements with us and the Supplier, and can use the Services to buy the Product. You also promise that all information you provide is truthful and correct. Additionally, you agree to only make legitimate Bookings for yourself or those you're authorized to represent.

Pricing

The price of each Product is quoted per person, unless stated otherwise. Prices are calculated in yen. Price quotes can change before a Booking is confirmed. Unless specified by the Supplier, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees (including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax), personal insurance, tips/gratuities, any items of a personal nature, or any beverages or food not specifically stated. Inclusions are determined by the Supplier.

Currency rates are based on publicly available outlets and should be considered as general references. These rates are not verified, and actual rates might differ. Currency quotes might not be refreshed daily, and AH and its affiliates don't warrant or guarantee accuracy. AH won't be held responsible if prices shift due to currency fluctuations.

Modifications or Cancellations

Once you have purchased a Product, your Booking cannot be changed or canceled with a refund unless the terms and conditions allow it. If you request a change in your Booking, such as your pick-up location or time, it is up to the Supplier to decide whether they can accommodate your request. You are responsible for being at the meeting place at the communicated time and date. If the Supplier communicates exact locations and times after your Booking via email, it is your responsibility to check and be there accordingly. If you are not at the meeting point at the required time, the Supplier may offer an alternative, but they're not obligated to, and you may be classified as a "no show" without refund or rebooking.

Sometimes, Suppliers might change a Product after your purchase, like the date, price, inclusions, or other features. In such cases, AH, on behalf of the Supplier, reserves the right to cancel, change, or substitute the Product. If the proposed change is significant and you are not satisfied with the alternative offered, you will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.

We may, at our discretion, withdraw our Services if it is necessary for our interests, the Supplier's interests, or yours, which may override the Product's cancellation policy and cancel your Booking. We may also decide to refund part or all of the amounts charged to you. You agree that neither we nor the Supplier are liable for such cancellations or refunds.

Our Liability

If AH inflicts damage on the customer due to intentional or negligent non-conveyance of information during the fulfillment of the reservation, AH shall be responsible for compensating the damage within the range of the experiential tourism program fee.

However, this only applies if AH is notified within one month from the day after the damage occurred.

Except for the preceding paragraph, AH shall not be responsible for any damage caused between the customer and the service provider.

AH will post information as is when notified by the service provider. Our company is not responsible for the truth of the content.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

In the event that a dispute arises between the customer and AH in connection with this Service, it shall be resolved in good faith between the parties concerned. If the matter cannot be resolved even after consultation, the Sapporo District Court will be the agreed jurisdictional court.
