Set out on snowshoes into the snowy forests of Mt. Yotei near Niseko. Walk through the quiet forest, greeted by animal footprints and bird calls, to reach Lake Hangetsu, a crescent-shaped caldera lake. See scenery you wouldn’t normally see, and get the power of Mt. Yotei!
Photos taken during the tour will be provided to you via online storage on your computer. You can download full-size photos from your smartphone or computer.

- From Sapporo, take R230 Nakayama Pass. Turn right on Kimobetsu R276, turn right at the R5 Nisekocho intersection, then it’s ~20 minutes
- From Niseko Annupuri and the Hilton area, take Route 343 or Route 66, then National Route R5. Turn right at the Rankoshi Station intersection, just before the red bridge you will see Seseragi Park (~25 minutes from Annupuri)
What to Bring & Wear
- Cold weather gear- warm and easy-to-move-in clothes
- Snowwear tops and bottoms, light down jacket, or similar wear
- Cold weather gloves are a must. Ski or snowboard gloves are also acceptable.
- Waterproof trekking shoes, boots, or snow boots with thick socks.
- Knit hat
- Sunglasses or snow goggles

- If the tour cannot proceed due to heavy rain, lightning, wind, or blizzard, we will cancel the tour and inform you.
