When you think of Hokkaido in the summer, you think of sweet corn! Corn is affectionately called “toukibi” in the Hokkaido dialect. Eating the corn you picked and harvested yourself in the fields is sure to be an unforgettable and wonderful memory. Your field guide will also teach you how to tell the difference corn. This is a delicious tour recommended for all generations!

This event will be held at an agricultural experience facility, so even small children can enjoy it. There are indoor restrooms and a diaper changing area as well. Come and join us to taste some delicious, freshly picked corn!

After graduating from Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, she worked at the Youth Nature Center, Hokkaido Nature Center, Tokachi Tourism Federation, and North Production before going independent in March 2012. Born in 1980, her hobbies are eating and raising children. She is from Sapporo and the mother of two children.
