Tour Highlights
- After a leisurely ride on an e-bike with Lake Abashiri by your side, you’ll kayak across Lake Notoro, a lagoon in the Abashiri Quasi-National Park!
- In autumn, you can see fields of sunflowers and cosmos, and the coral grass that turns red in autumn.
- To finish off the tour, you’ll try making a stone oven pizza!
This is a special original cycling and kayaking course.
All courses are accompanied by a dedicated guide!
- Cycle on an e-bike along the cycling road dedicated to bicycles that utilizes the former Senmo Railway line, passing Lake Abashiri and overlooking Cape Notoro in the magnificent countryside.
- Cross a former sea on your bicycle!
- Experience kayaking across Lake Notoro in Abashiri Quasi-National Park.
- Cycle on an e-bike along the seaside course towards Cape Notoro Lighthouse, overlooking the Sea of Okhotsk, where drift ice arrives in winter.
- For lunch, try a stone oven pizza baking experience using luxurious locally produced ingredients on the shores of Lake Abashiri! Top your pizza with your favorite ingredients and bake it yourself in the stone oven.
August and September are the best months to see the sunflower and cosmos fields, and in September, the bright red leaves of the coral grass bloom in the brackish waters of Lake Notoro.

- 8:15- Meet at Connectrip
- Travel to Omagari Garden (September: sunflowers and cosmos) in a companion car. Start cycling on the Lake Abashiri Cycling Road (September: see the Ubaranai Coral Grass Colony) E-bike distance: 35km
- Kayak from Lake Notoro to the opposite shore. Kayaking experience: ~30 minutes total
- Coffee break
- Cycle to Cape Notoro
- Arrive at Connectrip
- 13:30- Bake a pizza, tour ends after meal

- If the tour cannot proceed due to heavy rain, lightning, wind, or blizzard, we will cancel the tour and inform you.

- Depending on the season, there may be a large number of wasps and horseflies. Please bring insect repellent spray.
