The amount you pay upon booking through the inquiry page serves as a deposit for your trip while our consultants help you plan!

After you send your inquiry or making a booking, one of our expert consultants and all-around Hokkaido experts will reach out to you. We’ll ask you about everything we need to know to make your trip perfect- how many people are in your group, your budget, and what you are wanting to do! Be sure to tell us any preferences or special requests, and we will be sure to work them in.

From there, we will make making an itinerary and quotation for you to review. Since this is your special trip, feel free to give commentary and additional requests! We will also offer unique experiences if we think they would fit your request!

Once everything is agreed upon is payment and booking, and all you have to do is look forward to your special day in Hokkaido!
