  • Shiretoko Guided Walk

I went with my husband. I've been to Shiretoko several times and have even been to the Five Lakes where I could see them without a guide, but this was my first time participating in a guided walk. We were blessed with good weather, and were able to learn carefully about the flora and fauna and the history of Shiretoko, which was a very refreshing and enjoyable experience. We walked for three hours, but didn't feel too tired after all. (This review has been machine translated)
  • Time well spent

I participated with my boyfriend. It was my first time to go trekking with a guide (Umebayashi-san). The guide's explanation of the mysterious scenery of the Shiretoko Five Lakes and the great outdoors, sharpening our five senses that we don't usually use, and reading information about nature from the slightest clues, was easy to understand and at times full of humor (one of us got caught up in a joke about the difference between a circle and a circle black border pattern. lol). Thanks to him, the three hours passed by in an instant, and we were able to spend a meaningful time on our last day in Hokkaido. Thank you very much. (This review has been machine translated)
  • Thank you for a fun time.

We participated in this tour on our honeymoon. We traveled around Hokkaido from Shiretoko to Hakodate, and thanks to you we were able to get off to a great start to our trip. We came to the Shiretoko Five Lakes without any knowledge of plants or birds, but it was very easy to understand and we were able to enjoy nature as if we were children again. The long 3 hours didn't feel long at all, and we wanted to walk further. If we have the opportunity to come to Hokkaido again, we will definitely visit the Shiretoko Five Lakes. Thank you very much. • Learn about Bear's Forest

I participated in this guided walk and remembered the fun of observing nature. I participated thinking it was a tour to walk around the beautiful Shiretoko Five Lakes, but it was more fun than I expected, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn about nature! I hadn't realized until I became an adult that you can imagine things from small traces in nature and discover things by using your five senses to the fullest. The guide's explanations were very easy to understand, and the group came together through quizzes and other activities, and the tour ended in a flash. I wish we had had more time to relax on the elevated boardwalk after the tour ended. (Because they took me to and from the hotel...) I also felt very reassured that they not only emailed me after the reservation and the day before, but also called me to confirm. I hope to visit again if I have the opportunity. • thank you very much!!!

It was a beautiful day, and wherever I looked, the views were breathtaking. Meanwhile, I was soothed by the gentle tone of our guide, Umebayashi, and the time flew by as I walked and listened to his fun stories. I'm really glad I asked Umebayashi to be my guide (^^♪ Thank you for the relaxing time on the last day of the trip!!! Next time, I'd like to plan a trip to Abashiri in the winter♪ P.S. The ramen restaurant you introduced was delicious and I was very satisfied! (This review has been machine translated)
