Try out SUP at Lake Kuttari, a famous “power spot” in Tokachi! Participants will be able to stand up and balance on their boards in no time, and once you get used to it you will be able to paddle to the middle of the lake!
The sense of unity with nature when floating quietly on the lake surrounded by sky and forest is something you can’t feel anywhere else!
Everyone will be wearing lifejackets, so even if you fall of it’s no big deal. Enjoy this SUP trip however you like! What kind of challenge will you enjoy on this tour? To finish off the trip, we will give you tickets to a local onsen to enjoy!

We are particularly committed to providing the highest level of safety, security, and comfort and equipment. We are a certified and registered company in the Hokkaido Outdoor Guide Qualification System, designated as an official school by the Japan Safety Canoeing Association, and all guides have Rescue Technician Level 1 certification from Rescue 3.

What to Bring & Wear
- Towel
- Items for visiting the hot springs
- Spring and autumn:
- Long-sleeved jersey tops and long pants, or long-sleeved fleece tops and bottoms, and a change of socks, that you don’t mind getting wet.
- Summer:
- Swimsuit and rashguards, or other clothing that you don’t mind getting wet
- You will either be loaned a dry suit or wetsuit
- Glasses band
- The use of contact lenses is up to your discretion. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. We recommend using disposable lenses.

Notes
- The tour will proceed in case of rain.
- If the tour cannot proceed due to heavy rain, lightning, wind, or blizzard, we will cancel the tour and inform you.
- Guests who are pregnant or have been drinking alcohol cannot participate. This included guests who are hungover.
- Depending on natural conditions, the end time may vary slightly. Please join our tours with time to spare.
- Smoking is prohibited during the tour.
- Luggage or bags cannot be brought on the tour. Please leave everything at the front desk or in a locker.
- Please come to the agreed place on time. If you are late on the day of the tour you may be unable to participate.

- A cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled after 6PM the day before the event
