- Go around Abashiri with a cycling guide! Ride along Lake Abashiri, the Abashiri River, and the Sea of Okhotsk!
- Even beginners can enjoy the easy ride on an electrically assisted bicycle
- We’ll also introduce you to local seafood from Okhotsk!
Ride the cycling course along Lake Abashiri, and as Lake Notoro comes into view, head to the Abashiri City Fisheries Center to enjoy easy-to-understand exhibits on Abashiri’s fishing industry and local seafood.
Then continue along Lake Notoro, which turns bright red in autumn, to Cape Notoro. Here you will enjoy the spectacular views of the Sea of Okhotsk as far as the eye can see, with the the Shiretoko Mountain Range in the distance. Continue through the gentle sunlight filtering through the trees towards the city centre and pray for safety at Miyoshi Shrine, which protects local fishermen!
On your wayback, pass the red-brick Abashiri Prison, which stands along the Abashiri River that flows through the city. Enjoy the beauty of nature in all four seasons on this e-bike cycling course in Abashiri.
