We will walk through pure white snow and silent forests, heading for Lake Hangetsu at the foot of Mt. Yotei. Lake Hangetsu is a beautiful volcanic lake that was named after its shape of a half moon when seen from above. During the harsh winter months of January and February, it freezes over and you can walk on the ice.
