Hokkaido is vast. Even at the same time of year, the scenery and seasonal ingredients available across Hokkaido depending on the region. In this Food Adventure, enjoy the refreshing scenery of the season while trying the local ingredients carefully prepared by our chefs. Each dish is made with ingredients produced with the love of our regional farmers.
For the Furano edition the menu was produced by Chef Nagayasu of “Furano French Take,” who remains up-to-date on all of the incredible local ingredients. Summer vegetables are packed with flavor due to the difference in temperature. Enjoy Furano wagyu beef, game meat, and even the famous Furano melons – all accompanied by the scenery of the lavender fields that stretch out as far as the eye can see.
