- ~1 hour by car from Shirogane Onsen
- ~1 hour by car from Asahikawa Airport
- ~1.5 hours by car from downtown Asahikawa
What to Bring & Wear
- Cold weather gear- warm and easy-to-move-in clothes
- Snow wear tops and bottoms, light down jacket, or similar wear
- Cold weather gloves are a must. Ski or snowboard gloves are also acceptable.
- Waterproof trekking shoes, boots, or snow boots with thick socks.
- Knit hat
- Sunglasses or snow goggles

- Actual flight time is ~20 minutes
- The required time may change depending on the number of customers, so please allow yourself plenty of time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance.
- Itinerary
- The day before, we will contact the person making the reservation to inform you of the pick-up time etc.
- We will contact you to confirm whether the tour will be held on the day (6:30-7:00)
- Pick-up at the hotel and transfer to the experience venue (7:00-7:30)
- Arrival at the hot air balloon experience venue (7:30-8:15)
- Hot air balloon free flight experience (8:15-9:15-30)
- Transfer to the hotel and drop-off (9:30-10:00)

Notes
- We will make a decision on whether or not to proceed between 6:30 and 7:00 on the day of the flight.
- If the tour cannot proceed due to heavy rain, lightning, wind, or blizzard, we will cancel the tour and inform you.
- Pick-up time is generally between 7:00 and 7:30.
- Please allow ample time to participate.
- Up to five people can board one flight. Depending on the number of reservations or the number of reservations, groups may be split up. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation / Changes
- A cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled on the day of of the event or in case of a no-show
- A cancellation fee of 30% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event

熱気球、最高でした
3月に卒業旅行のメインとして熱気球に参加しました。パイロットさんの対応が良く、お話も面白く忘れられない思い出となりました。当日は風も強かったみたいですが、横倒しのようなバウンドするような着陸も面白かったですよ(笑) -
爽快な空旅！
友人と2人で参加しました。早朝の天気はあまり良くなかったですが、ガイドさんが根気よく粘ってくれたおかげで600mからの景色を一望することができました！！
