I used this tour on my own. I participated because I wanted to enjoy beautiful scenery while I was going to Hokkaido. I was worried about my physical condition because I don't exercise much, but they called me in advance and suggested a course of a moderate distance, so I was able to participate with peace of mind. (Lake Shikotsu course, about 40km round trip) The weather was good on the day, and it felt great to ride through the wind.
