- Ages 5-75 welcome
- For safety reasons, people with chronic or serious illnesses such as heart disease and pregnant women cannot participate without written consent from a doctor.
- Guests must be 130-190cm and up to 110kg
- This tour requires physical strength equivalent to that of a hiker.
- Participants will be walking on ice. This tour is only for those who can manage on the ice.

What to Bring & Wear
- Cold weather gear- warm and easy-to-move-in clothes
- Snowwear tops and bottoms, light down jacket, or similar wear
- Cold weather gloves are a must. Ski or snowboard gloves are also acceptable.
- Waterproof trekking shoes, boots, or snow boots with thick socks.
- Knit hat
- Sunglasses or snow goggles
- Please refrain from wearing hoodies or thick turtlenecks, as they will be uncomfortable under the dry suit.
- Please refrain from wearing fleece or down jackets with long hairs as they may get caught or damaged.
- Please remove all watches and accessories as they may be lost or damaged.

- 08:40~09:00: Pick up at Michi-no-Eki or accommodation.
- 09:00: Reception, lecture
- 09:15: Change into dry suit
- 09:30: Move to experience location
- 09:30-10:30: Drift ice walk
- 10:30-11:00: End of experience. After changing, you will be sent to Michi-no-Eki or accommodation.

Notes
- If the tour cannot proceed due to heavy rain, lightning, wind, or blizzard, we will cancel the tour and inform you.
- The tour dates or location may be changed or cancelled if there is not enough ice due to weather or other reasons.
- The tour may be cancelled midway for safety or other reasons at the discretion of the guide.
- During the program, you will wear a special waterproof suit, but there is a rare chance that your clothes may get wet.
- The temperature on the ice may feel as low as -20 degrees. You will wear a waterproof, cold-resistant dry suit, but please wear warm clothes.
- There is no restroom available during the tour. Please keep this in mind before starting.
- Please follow all of the instructions of the tour guide, as there are risks in outdoor tours. Please also understand that the guide cannot be held personally responsible for any accidents caused by the customer’s intentional or negligent acts.
- Please understand that you are responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the tour that occurs outside of negligence by the guide.
- Please come to the agreed place on time. If you are late on the day of the tour, we might cancel your reservation so that the other guests can participate.
- This is not a private tour.
Cancellation / Changes
- A cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled one the day of the event or in case of a no-show
- A cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event
- A cancellation fee of 20% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event
