Introducing a new electric kickboard tour!
Starting from the Abashiri roadside station “Ryuhyo Kaido Abashiri,” you will join your guide and head towards Abashiri Port, overlooking the coast. At the port, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the sea while watching the fishermen from the breakwater and the Popo 260 Lighthouse, which is painted with clione.
At Abashiri Port, you’ll pass the dock and see fishermen at work, giving you a real feel for the daily life of a fishing town. You can also see the Shiretoko Peninsula across the sea, which is also a must-see!
From there, we return to the roadside station, looking at the columnar joints, a uniquely shaped rock formation, on our left.
This is an extremely exhilarating course where you can feel the sea breeze blowing through the port town of Abashiri with your whole body.
