Once the intestines are stuffed, the next step is to cut them to the right size and twist them into sausage shapes!

Together we will make La Collina's special homemade sausages, which are a very popular gift in return for Nakafurano's hometown tax donations.

We use sheep intestines. At first, I was a little scared because I wasn't used to it... They are surprisingly strong, but it's difficult to use the right amount of force so as not to tear them...

I wonder if I can twist it properly?

First, let's try the boiled sausages.
