Canyoning is a fun way to go down a mountain stream while taking advantage of the natural terrain! You’ll put on a wetsuit, life jacket, helmet, and climbing boots and head down a mountain stream.
You’ll be accompanied by a guide who knows the river inside and out – it’s a safe and thrilling adventure that anyone can enjoy!
[The appeal of canyoning]
- Interacting with nature-
You will be outdoors in a river, so you can walk in nature, touch the water, and feel the sounds and smells of nature. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and refresh yourself in nature.
- Thrills and adventures-
Canyoning offers thrills and adventures such as jumping into waterfall basins and cliffs, and sliding down natural waterfalls. Even if you are afraid of heights or are not used to water, you may be able to exceed your own preconceived limits by gradually challenging yourself.
- Teamwork and communication-
In canyoning, all participants form a team and work together to climb rocks and resist the water current. Therefore, teamwork and communication are important, and can deepen trust between members of the group.
- Health benefits-
Canyoning is a physical activity, and you need muscle strength to climb the rocks. Swimming underwater also provides aerobic exercise, improving your cardiopulmonary function.
- New discoveries and experiences
Canyoning allows you to make new discoveries and experiences as you move through nature that you normally can’t see.

- If you apply as a solo participant, it might still be possible to participate based on other customer reservations.
- Participants who do not know how to swim are welcome to participate. You will be wearing a helmet and life jacket during the experience, so you can safely join.

- Outwear in case of chilly weather
- Please prepare a strap for glasses or sunglasses
- Remove watches and accessories that may be lost, and do not bring cell phones, cameras, or other valuables.
- The use of contact lenses is up to your discretion. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.

- Long-sleeved jersey tops and long pants, or long-sleeved fleece tops and bottoms, and a change of socks, that you don’t mind getting wet.
[Summer]
- Sandals, water shoes, or rubber boots
- Swimsuit and rashguards, or other clothing that you don’t mind getting wet
