Tour Highlights
Here you can experience all the processes of making soba noodles, from kneading the soba to cutting it in this lesson with the owner and chef of a soba restaurant. For the Sapporo Snow Festival season, enjoy making soba and then eating it with the specialty tempura this shop is famous for!
We use buckwheat flour from Japan’s number one soba producing area, Horokanai, Hokkaido. We will teach you at your own pace, so even if it’s your first time making soba you can join us with confidence!
Then we will boil and eat the soba you made on the spot.
How does the soba you made yourself taste? Let’s see! This will be a great memory of your trip to Hokkaido.
