- Clothes that are easy to move in
- Jerseys, windbreakers, cycling wear, or other athletic wear
- Sunglasses and gloves are recommended
- Sneakers, trekking shoes, cycling shoes
- SPD and SPD-SL pedals are also available
- Sunscreen and insect repellent
- Towels, toiletries and other amenities if you wish to go to the public onsen on the day tour
