- Min. participants: 2
- Participants must be 18 years or older to drive a snowmobile. Children ages 2-17 may ride in a pair with an adult or with a guide. Tandem rider drivers are permitted from 20 years old. However, please note that our guides reserve the right to change the group composition based on the season, weather, and course conditions.
- For safety reasons, people who have been consuming alcohol cannot participate.

- ~20 minutes from central Sapporo.
- ~15 minutes from Shinkawa IC on the Do-o Expressway.
- ~70 minutes from New Chitose Airport using the highway.

From Hassamu-minami Station or Kotoni Station on the Tozai Subway Line, take the JR Bus Nishino-Fukui Line to the last stop “Fukui Entei-mae.” Then walk for ~2 minutes
What to Bring & Wear
- Cold weather gear- warm and easy-to-move-in clothes
- Snow wear tops and bottoms, light down jacket, or similar wear
- Cold weather gloves are a must. Ski or snowboard gloves are also acceptable.
- Waterproof trekking shoes, boots, or snow boots with thick socks.
- Knit hat
- Sunglasses or snow goggles
- This program includes basic equipment (snowwear, helmet, boots, gloves) for adults. Children’s sizes are not available. Sizes larger than 2L are not available.

- Those who do not use the shuttle bus can experience the tour at any time between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please indicate your desired time on the reservation form.
- Those using the shuttle bus may be accommodated depending on the reservation situation on the day. Please note that there may be a waiting time before the tour departs.

Shuttle Bus Information:
- Morning bus: Departs around 8:00-9:00 AM → Returns to the city around 1:00-1:30 PM
- Afternoon bus: Departs around 12:30-2:30 PM → Returns to the city around 5:30-6:30 PM

- Pick-Up Service
We provide free pick-up service from central Sapporo. Please choose your pickup location in the reservation form.
- As the bus will rotate between scheduled hotels based on the day’s reservation status, there is no boarding timetable for each hotel. Also, pick-up and drop-off times cannot be specified.
- The bus will depart from the hotel on time, so please wait in front of the hotel entrance 5 minutes before departure.
- Non-guests are requested to refrain from using the hotel lobby or restrooms, or asking questions or inquiries about the shuttle bus at the hotel front desk.
- Delays may occur due to weather, snowfall, city traffic congestion, etc. Also, if there are significant delays due to various circumstances, you may be asked to disembark at the nearest subway station without prior notice.
- Please refrain from eating, drinking, or talking loudly on the bus.
- Suitcases, carry-on bags, and other large baggage are not permitted on the bus.
- Persons not participating in the tour will not be allowed on board.
- The return bus will depart after all participants have completed their tour. Please note that depending on the course you choose, you may have to wait up to an hour.
- Payment
Prepayment by credit card.
Notes
- Please apply for a minimum of two adults and two or more snowmobiles.
- Please follow all of the instructions of the tour guide, as there are risks in outdoor tours. Please also understand that the guide cannot be held personally responsible for any accidents caused by the customer’s intentional or negligent acts.
- Please understand that you are responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the tour that occurs outside of negligence by the guide.
- Guests who are pregnant or have been drinking alcohol cannot participate.
- If the tour cannot proceed due to heavy rain, lightning, wind, or blizzard, we will cancel the tour and inform you.
- The tour dates may be changed or cancelled if there is not enough snow due to unseasonal weather or other reasons.
- Those with heart disease, epilepsy, seizures, or asthma, have undergone hernia, lumbar or spinal surgery, or whose conditions may be aggravated by vibration, or any other injuries may participate at their own discretion. The guide holds no responsibility.
Cancellation / Changes
- A cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 7 days or less before the event
- If you are unable to attend due to flight cancellations or delays, or JR train cancellations or delays, you may be able to reschedule to the following day or later. However, depending on our reservation situation, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please inquire.
