• Please follow all of the instructions of the tour guide, as there are risks in outdoor tours. Please also understand that the guide cannot be held personally responsible for any accidents caused by the customer’s intentional or negligent acts.
• Please understand that you are responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the tour that occurs outside of negligence by the guide.
• Catching fish is not 100% guaranteed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the tents.
• You are responsible for your children.
• If the tour cannot proceed due to heavy rain, lightning, wind, or blizzard, we will cancel the tour and inform you.
• The tour dates may be changed or cancelled if there is not enough snow due to unseasonal weather or other reasons.
• We recommend that guests who are pregnant and very small children do not participate.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees will apply based on the participation fee.

• For reservations of 1–9 participants:
• Up to 8 days before: Free
• 7–3 days before: 30%
• 2 days before: 50%
• The day before: 80%
• On the day of the tour: 100%
• No-show without notice: 100%

If the number of participants decreases, the cancellation fee will also apply to the reduced number of participants.
If you do not arrive by the meeting time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

For reservations of 10 or more participants:

• Up to 31 days before: Free
• 30–16 days before: 30%
• 15–8 days before: 50%
• 7 days before to the day of the tour: 100%

If the number of participants decreases, the cancellation fee will also apply to the reduced number of participants.
