Please follow all of the instructions of the tour guide, as there are risks in outdoor tours. Please also understand that the guide cannot be held personally responsible for any accidents caused by the customer’s intentional or negligent acts.
Any actions that cause inconvenience to other customers or interfere with the tour will be deemed unsafe and the tour will be immediately canceled. In that case, we will not be able to provide any refunds.
Guests who are pregnant or have been drinking alcohol cannot participate.
Please come to the agreed place on time. If you are late on the day of the tour you may be unable to participate.
Please wear the provided helmet for the duration of the tour.
Be responsible for your own health. If you do not feel good, please consider cancelling the tour.
The tour may be cancelled midway for safety or other reasons at the discretion of the guide.
The tour will proceed in case of rain.
If the tour cannot proceed due to heavy rain, lightning, wind, or blizzard, we will cancel the tour and inform you.
Depending on natural conditions, the end time may vary slightly. Please join our tours with time to spare.

Cancellation / Changes

A cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled after 17:00 the day before the event or in case of a no-show
A cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled after 17:00 2 days before the event
