A guide born and raised in Sapporo will share the charms of Sapporo, including its nature, history, and culture. In addition to Nakajima Park, we will also introduce major tourist spots, as well as places associated with Sapporo residents and things you wouldn’t know unless you live here!
Getting to know Sapporo a little might make your stay even more enjoyable! Enjoy a comfortable hour in the morning and make the most of your free time before breakfast. Why not try this as a light workout before breakfast or for some free time before your departure?
Your guide was born and raised in Sapporo, and is an expert on walking, having walked footpaths and trails all over the country! He currently works as a walking guide not only in Hokkaido, but also throughout Japan and overseas. Come walk with your walking guide and discover new charms of Sapporo!

What to Bring & Wear
- Cold weather gear- warm and easy-to-move-in clothes
- Snowwear tops and bottoms, light down jacket, or similar wear
- Cold weather gloves are a must. Ski or snowboard gloves are also acceptable.
- Waterproof trekking shoes, boots, or snow boots with thick socks. It is possible your shoes will get slightly scratched by the snowshoes.

- 6:30- Meet and depart at Exit 3 of Nakajima Park Station on the Namboku Subway Line.
- 7:30- Disband at Horohirabashi Station on the Namboku Subway Line (Nakajima Park Station is also OK)
