Let’s explore the eastern side of the river that separates Sapporo’s downtown area from the residential neighborhoods with a local guide! We’ll start by strolling through Nijo Fish Market, where you can see the seafood of Hokkaido. If you want to try the popular matcha green tea soft serve ice cream or buy Japanese tea, we can stop by the excellent tea shops near Nijo Market.
After that, we’ll visit the Hokkaido Shrine’s annex, “Tongu,” to pray for the smooth continuation of our journey.
Then, let’s explore a supermarket to peek into the lives of Sapporo’s residents. It would also be nice to do some shopping and enjoy a picnic at a park nearby. You can part ways with your guide at Sapporo Factory and enjoy shopping or lunch there. Enjoy your day in Sapporo like locals, strolling around and enjoying yourself.

- 9:00- Meet your Sapporo Explorer under Sapporo TV tower in Odori Park.
- 9:00-12:30- Explore the Sousei East area in Sapporo. Visit the Nijo fish market, Gyokusuien（Tea shop), Tongu shrine, Chitose Tsuru Sake Museum, Toko Supermarket, and Sapporo Factory.
- 12:30-13:00- Tour ends at Sapporo Factory.
