    Your journey begins at the historic Nijo Market, the heart of Sapporo’s food culture. Alongside your guide, you will navigate the lively aisles filled with seasonal treasures, including the iconic Horsehair Crab. Beyond just sightseeing, you will experience the joy of interacting with local vendors to select your own ingredients. The crab you pick at the market will be brought directly to the restaurant—a seamless luxury that allows you to enjoy your fresh purchase right away.

    Following the market exploration, we head to “Umi Zora no Haru,” a restaurant that serves as a bridge to the indigenous world of the Ainu. Here, you will participate in making “Chitatap,” a traditional dish prepared by finely chopping ingredients with a Makiri (small knife).     1. 12:00- Meet your guide at the Sapporo TV Tower, a landmark of the city, to begin your exploration of Hokkaido’s flavors and heritage.
    2. 12:15~12:45- Stroll through the historic Nijo Market and experience selecting your own premium Horsehair Crab amidst the lively calls of local vendors.
    3. 12:45~13:00- Enjoy a short walk through the Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, one of the city’s oldest and most atmospheric covered streets, as we head to the restaurant.
    4. 13:00~14:30- Immerse yourself in the world of the Ainu at the restaurant, where you will try your hand at making “Chitatap” and savor traditional dishes and drinks. This is also the time to enjoy the Horsehair Crab you personally selected at the market.
    5. 14:45- The tour concludes near Susukino Station, leaving you in the heart of Sapporo’s vibrant entertainment district.
